The ASTRA v1.2 elevator controller module contains all the necessary components to control the elevator and to simultaneously insure the protection of the elevator and user against faulty conditions.
- Micro Processor Controller
- Type :- AC 1 speed – AC 2 speed, Hydraulic, VVVF Self Diagnostic : Error code describling common faults related to periphery inputs
- On board display :- A 3 digit LCD placed on card which shows all errors, floor indications & parameter menu.
- Push Buttons :- 3 push buttons used to access different parameter and the menu.
- No. Of Stop :- 10 Stops Down collective, 6 Stops Full Collective
- Door Type :- Swinging, Auto Door, Manual Door, and Half auto door.
- Door Controls :- Input for reopen photo cell and door jam switch and input to bypass closing delay.
- Supply Voltage :- Board supply at 17 vac or dc.
- PCBs are soldered in Fully Automatic Pick & Place Robotic Machine.
- Which will remove all human error
- An error code are display on display panel as well as it is memories in the card.
